Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the operation of the company's entire supply chain;
2. Responsible for the docking management of the specific work of the project, and monitor the key control points in the process of project operation;　　  
3. Review various procurement plans, negotiate plans with third-party logistics, strictly control procurement costs, and conduct procurement reasonably;  　　  
4. Establish and improve procurement processes and systems, and continue to strictly control procurement costs; Responsible for solving logistics tracking, coordination and resolution;  　　  
5. Safeguard the interests of the company, regularly inspect the quality of the supplied products and solve them, and establish a supplier reputation evaluation system and a stable benign supply system;  　　  
6. Guide and supervise employees to carry out business, improve team work ability, and ensure that business operation is standardized and efficient.  　　  

Qualifications:  　　  
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in management, logistics, supply chain;  　　 
2. More than 3-5 years, experience in the supply chain related recycled plastics or auto parts materials industry, and experience in supply chain management of foreign-funded enterprises is preferred;  　　  
3. Familiar with logistics, supply management methods and ERP, MES, CRM and other systems to establish work specifications, standards and processes, and have a good understanding of the relevant quality management system;  　　  
4. Excellent analytical, communication, coordination, negotiation and leadership skills;  　　 
5. Have a high sense of responsibility and necessary professionalism, and can withstand high-intensity work pressure.
